Paint A Pot

Margrie Hunt is delighted to offer “Paint a Pot” events that will consist of a 2 hour session of creative indulgence in the Gallery area

Step 1

Book your date (non-refundable) and pick the pot you wish to decorate. Or wait until you are in the gallery to see various options available.

Step 2

Upon arrival, you will be encouraged to chose a table area to offload the belongings, nibbles etc. you may have brought with you.

Step 3

Then you will be shown our selection of blank pots from which to chose as many as you feel you can complete within the two hours.

Step 4

Colors and tools to decorate your pot are to be provided. If you get at all anxious about “creative block” weve put together some useful “inspirational material” booklet to get you going.

Step 5

Once decorated the pots remain at the studio for up to 4 days to be glossed fired and finished.

Step 6

The studio will contact you when your finished pieces are ready to collect and take home to dazzle ypour family and friends!

How much is it?

A “studio fee” of US$10 is charged per person painting (not per item decorated).The blank pots vary in scale and range in price from US$10 to US$150. The final cost will be the sum of the items painted plus the studio fee, this must be settled at the end of the session.

Private groups

We welcome private groups of no fewer than 8 persons. Individual dates can be negotiated according to availability. As hinted folks are quite welcome to bring light refreshments (nibbles) with them.
